The 21st Century Community Learning Centers Competitive Grant Bidders Conference has just been announced:

Please note that there will be two identical sessions and you need only attend one, either in the morning or afternoon.
The bidders conference will provide information on the major components and criteria for:
- The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Out of School Time Grant Program
- The Expanded Learning Time (ELT) Grant Program
Eligible applicants include local educational agencies, community based organizations, faith based organizations, other public or private organizations, a consortium of two or more agencies that may include but are not limited to local and regional boards of education, Regional Education Service Centers applying on behalf of local education agencies, charter and magnet schools.
21st CCLC Grant Programs must be designed to serve students attending schools with a high concentration of low-income students, where at least 40 percent of the children served lunch are eligible for free or reduced price meals.
