First Friday – Teaming Up with Parents & Caregivers

Date: June 2, 2017
Time:  10:00 am  – 12:00 pm
Location:  Hartford Office

Engaging families in your program starts with finding lots of ways to include parents so that they feel like part of what’s happening. The trouble is, some parents are too busy, while others may be a bit difficult to work with. Back by popular demand, this workshop explores ways to include parents and caregivers in your program on different levels, to welcome non-traditional family models, and to make each family feel like a part of your program’s warm and welcoming community. Build stronger bridges with families and see what a difference it makes!
