Showcase your creativity! The exhibition is open to children/youth in grades K-12 and staff in after school. This should be a wonderful opportunity for students and a fun activity for your afterschool or summer programs.

As the Network prepares to celebrate our 35 years in afterschool, we will showcase the artwork during our Annual Afterschool Conference in November. The theme is “For the Love of Afterschool”. All entries must be submitted by Friday, September 27th.

Art Submission Criteria

• Artwork must be two-dimensional, in any medium, and no larger than 9 x 12 inches.
• Artwork must include a heart.
• The artist’s name, grade level, age and program must be printed on the back of the entry.
• We will only accept entries created by students or staff in after school programs in Connecticut. One entry per person.
• Works must be original, no copies, stencils or clip art.
• A completed registration form must be included with each entry.
• Please DO NOT fold or staple your artwork.

Winners will be notified through their afterschool programs. An exhibition will be held on November 9th during the Annual After School Conference at the Hartford Marriott Downtown.

Prize

• Each artist of a work chosen for the exhibition will receive a $5 Gift Card
