Quality Task Force

The Connecticut After School Network has an active Quality Task Force that meets every other month or so to help Connecticut move toward an integrated quality system for afterschool and summer programming.  New participants are always welcome. Meetings are typically held in the Middletown/New Britain area on weekday mornings. If you’re interested in becoming a trainer contact Ken Anthony at 860-730-2942 or via email at kanthony@ctafterschoolnetwork.org.

Quality Task Force Role

The role of the Quality Task Force is to bring together leaders from the after school and education fields to inform and advise the Network and the field at large on issues affecting program quality. This work helps to shape the Network’s training, technical assistance and professional development efforts, as well as its legislative and administrative policy efforts as they are related to program quality.
