Bidders Conference on Monday, August 15, 2016

The Competitive Grant Bidders Conference will provide information on the major components and criteria for developing proposals for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers’ Out of School Time Grant Program.

Eligible applicants include local educational agencies; community-based organizations; faith-based organizations; other public or private organizations; and a consortium that has two or more agencies that may include, but are not limited to, local and regional boards of education, regional educational service centers applying on behalf of local education agencies, charter schools, and magnet schools.

All 21st Century Community Learning Centers’ programs must be designed to serve schools with a high concentration of students from low-income families, where at least 40 percent of students are eligible for free or reduced price meals.
