Position: Site Supervisor
Salary: $25.00 – $26.26 per hour (Based on education and experience), 40 hours/week, Split Shift full year
Location: Farmington
Description:
The function of the Site Supervisor is to oversee an individual on-site before and afterschool program with responsibility for the daily operations of the program, including supervision of students and staff, communication with families, relationships with school personnel, and being accountable for effectively planning, supervising and leading activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in family studies, human development education, with 3 years experience as supervisor in a professional child care setting
- CPR & First Aid certification current (or must be obtained within one month of employment)
- Epi Pen Training
Professional Qualifications:
- Ability to work professionally and independently
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Effectively communicates ideas and concepts to children and adults both verbal and in writing
- Ability to evaluate, make decisions, and solve problems
- Ability to work effectively handle emergency situations
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong managerial planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer knowledge

Position: After School STEAM Instructor
Salary: $20.00 – 30.00/hour, 10 – 15 hours/week, Monday to Friday, approximately 2-6pm, Occasional weekend hours available
