State After School Grant increased by $1 million!

The Connecticut General Assembly completed the 2019 legislative session at midnight last night and passed a budget bill that Governor Lamont is expected to sign. The line item for the State Department of Education’s After School Grants was increased from $4,720,695 to $5,720,695 for the upcoming year. The Request for Proposals for this funding is hoped to be released in mid-July.
