After twenty-two years of service, Michelle will be stepping down as Executive Director of the Network and retiring on June 10, 2026.

Message from Michelle – It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to lead this organization and to work alongside all of you who are so deeply committed to ensuring Connecticut kids have the opportunities they need to grow up safe, healthy, happy and well-educated. The accomplishments I cherish most are not measured in numbers — they are found in you. In your stories. In your victories. In your perseverance. In the way this community shows up for one another. And in the joy on the faces of the children we all serve.

We are thrilled to also share that Dr. Kenneth Anthony has been chosen by our Board of Directors to serve as the new Executive Director of the Connecticut Network for Children and Youth. 

Over the past 18 years, Ken has focused on advocacy, strategic partnerships and the education & events that support professionals that work with children, especially outside of the traditional school day. He has the vision, passion and leadership to guide the Network into its next chapter.
