Virtual Roundtables for the Out-of-School Time Field
Week 1, Monday 3/23 at 10am: How Are Finding Your Way When Your Program (and so much else) is in Limbo? The past week has been nothing short of thinking on your feet. As a director or staff in an after school program, you no doubt have had to answer parent questions, quell children’s fears, and be part of meetings establishing new or enhanced protocols in your program. The Connecticut After School Network is offering a free virtual roundtable series for the out-of-school time field. Join us for a chance to blow off some steam, support other peers in the out-of-school time field, and talk about what you as afterschool professionals need to get through the COVID-19 crisis. These virtual roundtables are to provide professional connection and share adult social-emotional support during this challenging time and help you goal set for the week. Start your Monday morning with a second cup of coffee and join us for an interactive discussion. Virtual roundtables start Monday, March 23 rd at 10:00 AM and will be held each week as this crisis persists. Stop by for a second cup of coffee and connect with peers that can relate to what you’ve been going through. Sign up here
