CHILDHOOD CONVERSATIONS & PARENTING CONVERSATIONS CONFERENCE

For the past ten years, this conference has brought together early childhood professionals, parents and educators from around New England.  

This year’s Conference is taking place on Friday, May 2, 2025, and on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the Hartford Marriott Downtown in Hartford, CT. 

A key component of our conference are exhibitor and sponsor organizations that are available for participants to learn about and network with!  If you have a business or organization that would like to register for table space at our conference, please review the information below.

 

Exhibitor Options

• All exhibitors will have one 6-foot table. Additional tables are available for a fee.
• Exhibitors will be showcased on social media prior to the event and in the event program if available.
• Electricity is not available for all tables, please make the appropriate selection to request electricity.
• Meals are not included in the exhibitor fee. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase our meals.
• Each exhibitor table will receive one parking voucher.
• All exhibitor fees must be paid prior to the event date.

How to apply

• You can choose to pay by credit card or be invoiced.  Payment must be received in order to secure your spot.
