FUN for the FIELD: The 4th Go aROUND
Our annual resource fair is back, but with a twist! This year we’re combining the fun of meeting and engaging with vendors with our cozy Afterschool Roundtable model, to strengthen connection and understanding. Relax, connect, and enjoy good conversation with colleagues for the first hour, then meet with vendors to learn all about the amazing resources they have to offer your program!
PARTICIPANTS
We’ll begin the day with a Roundtable discussion from 10 – 11 AM. We’ll have refreshments ready — all you need to bring are the topics on your mind. Whether you have ideas to share, challenges to talk through, or simply want to spend time with peers who understand the work you do, you’re welcome. Together, we’ll shape the agenda and create a space that feels supportive and energizing.
From 11 AM – 12 PM you’ll have the opportunity to visit vendors tables and complete your Vendor Passport, learning all about the resources they have to offer. Meet with representatives from statewide institutions, businesses, museums and others to learn about their afterschool and summer offerings in STEM, the arts, history, literacy, and more! As always, we encourage vendors to have games, giveaways, and prizes. Complete and turn in your passport for a chance to win a free conference registration to our 2026 Annual Afterschool Conference in November.
Register by Friday, May 22nd
