Expand your horizons. Meet with representatives from statewide institutions, businesses, museums and others to learn about their afterschool and summer offerings in STEM, the arts, history, literacy, and more!

PARTICIPANTS

Come anytime between 10:00 am – 12:00 pm to identify partners and gather contacts, resources, and ideas to enhance your summer program. There will be games with giveaways, prizes and food for all!

Check in with the CTNCY staff to get your official Fun for the Field Passport. Visit every exhibitor for your chance to win.

EXHIBITORS

Is your organization looking to share curriculum or activities with afterschool and summer programs? Searching for partner organizations to deliver your services, or seeking audiences for your events and exhibitions? Apply to join us as a table exhibitor at the Resource Fair and meet with afterschool and summer program staff. Apply by May 24th. Space is limited.

• The event is free for Nonprofit vendors/exhibitors.
• For profit vendors/exhibitors fee is $25. (non-refundable)
• You must be available for the entire event.
• You must provide your own table. Tents are optional, but you will also need to provide them.
• In the spirit of making the event more “fair-like,” we strongly suggest having a fun game or activity for participants to win prizes, a raffle, or giveaway or whatever other cool creative idea you have. The CTNCY table will be doing balloon darts, some other examples ring toss, wheel spinning, shell game, etc.
• We will not share participants’ contact info, but you are welcome to collect during the event.

Audience: Multi-site Director, Supervisor (Program or Site), Direct Service Staff; (Elementary School, Middle School, High School)

RELEASE STATEMENT – Photographs and/or video may be taken. By taking part, you grant CTNCY full rights to use the images and sound resulting from the photography/video filming/recordings, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images or sound, for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the group’s and/or CTNCY’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in CTNCY’s printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
