Measuring Program Outcomes:  A Practical Approach provides a step-by-step approach to developing a system for measuring program outcomes and using the results. In collaboration with United Way of America staff, consultants and other partners this guide will help you through several key steps.

Follow four hypothetical programs through the process of planning for outcome measurement. This manual will provide tools to help you plan your own program’s outcome measurement system and is designed to apply to diverse agencies and programs.
