Managing Challenging Behaviors
April 24, 2015 – Hartford
Are you trying to manage behaviors instead of your program? Participants will better understand the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and will learn strategies for mitigating and managing disturbances. Social, emotional and physical development will be delineated for consideration and adaptation of programming and environment. Participants will become familiar with the symptoms for trauma in children and develop skills to facilitate coping, self management and positive behavior.
