Question from New Haven County- Are there any resources for summer programming? We want to incorporate some new ideas and activities in our program, but we could use some inspiration!
Hey New Haven, thank you for asking this question. With warmer weather approaching it would be a good time to plan some outdoor activities! There are so many things to do outdoors that your students will enjoy. We understand that many programs are trying to make sure that their students are caught up on lesson plans and learning material, but it is important that they have a break. This will allow them to keep focus. Planning fun activities outside will keep them energized and motivated! Here is the 2022 Summer Learning Toolkit from the NSLA. We hope that this will inspire some fun ideas!
