Come learn about how after school programs in CT  have implemented a three-year successful and a innovative approach for children to learn about nutrition, diet, art and cultural diversity. Integrating fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy and grains through our tactile, olfactory and gustatory senses. The children and their parents are encouraged to try new foods and experiences. The entire curriculum complies with STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art Math)

Running low on Funds?  Want your program to have financial stability?  This workshop will teach you where to look for funding to support your after school or summer program. It includes how to identify potential funders, how to develop your idea into a proposal and budget, and ways to make your case more compelling. Appropriate for program directors and staff.
